The scope of All You Are

The scope of AYA is enormous. That's half the point. You can have a look at some of the directions we intend to move in the Brand Development Model section of this website. It doesn't have to develop this way, of course, and things will certainly change as more people join us in the vision, but contained within the seed of AYA is the potential for a great deal of expansion and diversification. As partners come on board, paths will open up, and models develop. The seed is looking to be planted now. The question is, how will you respond? For AYA, the key is to harness the remarkable experiences and self-evolution that our platforms and processes will provide without forgetting to be in the moment...
Thinking down the line, we'll be able to build on the success of the AYA events and the momentum generated by our framework for life enhancement. We're quite sure that our developing story will be enthusiastically communicated by those who have come through our doors. We could work with companies to help them re-focus and revitalise their workforce. We can create a wing of All You Are devoted to working with disengaged people, pairing them with volunteers and enabling them to walk the Camino and other routes together. We'll develop infrastructure, affiliations and partnerships and post-camino/post-AYA pathways. There'll be opportunities for primed and ready apprentices, links with companies exploring strategic philanthropy. For example, AYA's founder, Jamie Shaw, wants to set up a fresh, streetwise outdoor clothing company that will employ, provide opportunity, and take design direction from those who've come through our Camino-based adventures. We'll be giving communities, festivals and groups a strategic framework and inspirational platform to bring thousands of people through their gates and for them to be part of something which can have a tremendous impact on the world. If you're interested, get in touch and let's see what we can do...
In time, we'll be looking to create AYA centres in some of the world's most beautiful locations. Once again we can fire the imagination with our honeycomb structures, we can mobilise local creatives and practitioners as stakeholders, sell packages, programs, workshops and expand target markets. We'll always look to support movement building, giving our assets freely. We'll look to use our experience and following to engage with transformative education, self organised learning environments and alternative curriculum delivery. We'll move into the creation of community hubs. We'd like to transform churches, creating dynamic exhibition + event + evolution spaces to connect each individual with their own power, and to support the regeneration of community through enhanced individuality and the realisation of callings in action. We see these hubs as working in ways unique to their local environment, and as being, as always with AYA, a platform to show that self interest and mutual best interest, can, in the right conditions, be identical.
